Vendor Coordination is a service where Paradise Protectors acts as your on-site point of contact when work needs to be done at your home. If an issue is identified, we can coordinate with your preferred vendors or trusted local professionals to schedule access, meet them at the property if needed, and ensure the situation is handled efficiently.

On call Mail/Package Collection

Paradise Protectors offers services to collect mail for clients who don't want their mail/packages sitting at their homes until their next scheduled visit. That's why we offer on call collection for your packages

What We Do During the Visit

Adjust Thermostat – Set to your preferred temperature
Run Plumbing Fixtures – Run faucets and flush toilets to ensure proper flow
Check for Leaks & Moisture – Look for any signs of water issues
Inspect Appliances – Confirm refrigerator and essential appliances are in working condition
Check for Odors or Air Quality Issues – Identify anything unusual
Activate Water Heater (if applicable)
General Interior Walkthrough – Ensure overall condition is as expected

Collect Mail/Packages
Light Touch-Up – Minor wipe-down of key areas if needed

Entry & Security – Doors, locks, and signs of entry
Plumbing & Water – Visible leaks, moisture, and water-related concerns

🏠Home Walkthroughs

we complete a full interior walkthrough of your home using a standardized checklist. Each area of the property is visually inspected to confirm that systems are operating as expected and that no new issues have developed. Every walkthrough is documented with photo evidence of key areas and notes on observed conditions

Home Prep for Return is scheduled prior to your arrival—typically within 24–72 hours. During this visit, we perform a detailed interior walkthrough and carefully prepare your home based on your preferences and authorized instructions. This is not a quick check — it is a purpose-driven preparation visit focused on getting your home ready for immediate use.

🌪️ Hurricane Preparation

Once a storm is projected to impact your area, clients may request Hurricane Preparation services. We schedule a pre-storm visit based on timing, availability, and safety conditions. During this visit, we prepare your home using a standardized process focused on securing key areas and minimizing potential damage.

What's Included

✔ Secure Exterior Entry Points – Check and secure doors and accessible entry areas
Bring in Loose Outdoor Items (if authorized) – Patio furniture, small items, etc.
Verify Windows & Interior Areas – Ensure no obvious vulnerabilities

Verify system status (power, HVAC, general condition)

 Turn off water supply (if authorized)

Interior Walkthrough – Final condition check before storm arrival

Install Hurricane Shutters (Additional Cost/Performed by Nobius Construction)

Pre-Storm

Interior Walkthrough –  Condition Check after storm passes

Damage documentation

Vendor coordination assistance if needed

Remove Hurricane Shutters (Performed by Nobius Construction)

Put out Loose Outdoor Items – Patio furniture, small items, etc.
